There is also the additional cultural shift that requires local managers to be developing their own key personnel using a Succession Planning strategy in their own locality. this is not complicated and really depends on the awareness and vision at a local level.

HR can help here by raising awareness and providing guidance/training to set up the concept.

It could be argued that getting this right at this level is the more value-creating.</description>
