As you may or may not know the ATP – SHL and HPCSA court case took place on Wednesday the 10th February 2010. The ruling can be viewed here. At this stage we do not have any additional information about the full and final ruling or its implications.
Some time ago we posted our response to a petition to the above mentioned court case. Click here to read the article. Despite the ruling we stand by what we stated in the article:
“our company supports the discipline of psychology and the role of the psychological professional in the assessment process and as such our operating and training policies are aligned with the HPCSA regulations. We will act against any misuse of the psychological tests we distribute.”
